Founded in 2016, WUQI has R&D/customer centers in Chongqing, Shanghai, Changsha, Hong Kong and Shenzhen. It designs high-performance short-range communications and edge-computing SoCs and software for interconnected devices.
Four areas: high-performance data Wi-Fi 6 chips, Bluetooth audio controllers, PLC power-line communication chips and low-power edge computing. The source describes leading performance/quality, with customers China Mobile, OPPO, Harman, HONOR, Anker Innovations, SenseTime, Geely Auto and Xiaomi. Applications include smart homes, consumer electronics and power-sector IoT.
